This article analyzes the theoretical and practical issues related to the concept, content, proportion and importance of transparency and openness in the civil and economic process, the ideas, suggestions and opinions put forward in the legal literature on this issue, as well as the legislative experience of foreign countries. As a result of the analysis, theoretical concepts regarding the concept, content, proportion and importance of the transparency and openness of the courts in the civil and economic proceedings, proposals aimed at improving the legislation were put forward.
