THE CONCEPT OF STATE-OWNED ENTERPRISES AND THEIR ROLE IN THE SYSTEM OF LEGAL ENTITIES

The article describes the concept of enterprises with state participation, their specifics and institutional role in the system of legal entities, including the history of the formation of enterprises of this type in Uzbekistan; their influence on economic progress is emphasized. An assessment of the activities of special authorized bodies at state enterprises is also given and their organizational activities are studied. The prospects for the development of state-owned enterprises in the conditions of the market economy of Uzbekistan are analyzed, and the importance of state-owned enterprises as a means of ensuring the implementation of national interests and regulation of the economy by the state is substantiated.
