PROBLEMS IN LEGAL REGULATION OF INTERNET ADVERTISING ACTIVITY IN ELECTRONIC COMMERCE IN UZBEKISTAN. SCIENTIFIC ANALYSIS

The development of e-commerce in Uzbekistan led to the development and entry into a new stage of Internet advertising, which is the main part of it. However, the absence of clearly defined legal norms for the regulation of this field creates certain problems in the activity of Internet advertising. In this scientific article, normative legal documents regulating internet advertising activities in Uzbekistan are discussed, problems and shortcomings in this field are analyzed. At the end of these analyses, a number of proposals and solutions were brought forward in connection with the regulation of Internet advertising activities in electronic commerce in Uzbekistan.
