This article examines the importance and role of public safety, its specificity and relevance, the study of reforms in Uzbekistan in this area and foreign experience, as well as their compliance with the provisions of the current Constitution, laws and regulstions based on the analysis and developed recommendations on the tasks that need to be considered in ensuring public safety.
