DEVELOPMENT TENDENCIES OF LEGISLATION REGARDING CONTRACTUAL RELATIONS IN ELECTRONIC COMMERCE

Today, information and communication technology services are rapidly entering all aspects of our society. Due to the introduction of information technologies, the electronic form of business culture is being formed. In particular, a wide range of conditions are being created for the provision of new types of banking services based on modern information technologies, e-commerce, e-contract, electronic payment system, and the improvement of the efficiency of mutual settlements between economic entities. In this article, the state of e-commerce in Uzbekistan, the need to improve its legal regulation by the state, the main directions of the state policy of the e-commerce sector, as well as the problems and shortcomings that hinder the creation of a full-fledged e-commerce market in our country and their elimination several proposals and recommendations have been developed to achieve this.
