Avstrakt

The article presents the results of experiments conducted to determine the pathogenicity of the Bioturin preparation, developed on the basis of the Bacillus thuringiensis 26/1 strain, in relation to the Colorado potato beetle. The biopreparation "Bioturin" was developed on the basis of the Bacillus thuringiensis 26/1 strain isolated from an infected and dead Colorado potato beetle collected from potato fields under natural conditions. When testing the biopreparation Bioturin at a rate of 2.0-3.0 l/ha, its pathogenicity in relation to the Colorado potato beetle was 76.8-82.5%.
