This study examines the dispute resolution mechanisms employed in cryptocurrency exchange agreements, analyzing their effectiveness in addressing conflicts between users and platforms. Through a comprehensive analysis of 50 major cryptocurrency exchanges' terms of service and a survey of 300 users, this research identifies key challenges and proposes solutions for enhancing dispute resolution in the crypto space. The findings reveal significant gaps between traditional legal frameworks and blockchain technology, highlighting the need for hybrid resolution approaches that combine smart contracts with conventional arbitration methods.
