LEGAL BASIS AND NATURE OF PROTECTION OF ENTREPRENEURS' RIGHTS IN UZBEKISTAN AND GERMANY

Abstract

The article covers the legal norms aimed at regulating business activities in Uzbekistan and Germany, the importance of protecting the rights of entrepreneurs and their role in the state economy, the basics of protecting the rights and legal interests of business entities based on the legislation of Uzbekistan and Germany. The country's economic development is strengthened by its place in the world community. In this case, it is directly related to the extent to which the rights of entrepreneurs in the state are regulated, strengthened and protected by laws. Strengthening the methods and mechanisms of protection of the rights of entrepreneurs, ensuring their actual implementation, using the experience of developed foreign countries is of great importance in the further development of this field. Creating a favorable investment environment in the country in the economic conditions based on market relations, developing a healthy and free competitive environment among entrepreneurs has always been one of the important tasks before the states.
