THE LEGAL SIGNIFICANCE OF DIGITAL ADVERTISING IN THE MODEL OF ECONOMIC AND INNOVATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

This article analyzes the legal conflicts that have arisen in connection with the demolition of signboards in shopping centers in Tashkent. The author examines the contradictions between the laws and regulations of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including the Law on Advertising, the Decrees of the Cabinet of Ministers, and the decision of the Tashkent City Council on the design code. The article highlights the lack of clear definition of the concept of "advertising-free zones" in the legislation, the evaluation of signboards as advertising objects, and the simultaneous collection of installation and operation fees. The author concludes that the existing regulatory documents need to be brought into line with the Law on Advertising, and the rights and legitimate interests of entrepreneurs need to be protected.Downloads
