Mazkur maqolada raqamli transformatsiya sharoitida axborot olish va tarqatish huquqining konstitutsiyaviy-huquqiy asoslari kompleks tahlil qilinadi. Muallif ushbu huquqning doktrinal mazmunini ochib berib, uning asosiy tarkibiy elementlari — axborotni izlash, olish va erkin tarqatish komponentlari o‘zaro uzviy bog‘liqlikda yoritadi. Raqamli muhitda axborot munosabatlarining markazlashgan modeldan tarmoqlashgan modelga o‘tishi, platformalar va sun’iy intellekt algoritmlarining axborot oqimiga ta’siri natijasida yuzaga kelayotgan yangi konstitutsiyaviy-huquqiy muammolar tahlil etiladi
