In this article, it has been indicated the result of studying the differences in species diversity, ecological groups and quantity of nematodes distributed in the root and peri-root soils of agricultural crops (wheat, corn, alfalfa, mung bean and melon), it was observed that nematodes are most common in the root and peri-root soils of mung bean, wheat, corn and relatively few species were found in melon, and the fewest species were found in alfalfa
